A Cashew Economy

Cashew fruit or "apples", which encircle the cashew nut, are displayed on a bush road lined with cashew trees west of the capital Bissau June 26, 2008. Cashew nuts are the main export of Guinea-Bissau, a former Portuguese colony wedged between French-speaking Senegal and Guinea.
